Who we are
Meraki Studios is a creative agency for cannabis and lifestyle brands. This policy explains what we collect when you visit merakistudios.io or reach out to us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

We don’t ask for payment details, ID, or anything about your personal cannabis use through this site. Please don’t send us sensitive personal information in the form.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and talk through a potential project.
- To send proposals, contracts and project updates if we end up working together.
- To keep the site secure and working, for example spotting spam or abuse.
We use your information only because you asked us to get in touch, or because we have a legitimate interest in running and protecting the site. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising.
Who helps us run things
A few trusted services handle data on our behalf. They only use it to provide their service to us.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or with a buyer if Meraki Studios is ever sold or merged. Links to Instagram take you to Instagram, which has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don’t turn into a project are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together, plus however long tax and contract law requires. Our providers encrypt data in transit, and access is limited to the Meraki team. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care.
This site is meant for business contacts aged 21 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 21; if you think we have, tell us and we’ll delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live (for example California, other US states with privacy laws, or the EU and UK), you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We’ll respond within 30 days and won’t treat you differently for asking.
